It is a portable, foldable, waterproof center thermometer for food use.
When not in use, the probe can be folded, so there is no worry about the probe breaking or damaging something with the probe. Simply opening the probe to a 30° angle turns on the power, allowing you to measure the center temperature of food. It is HACCP International certified and complies with EN13485 standards. The MD34TE-103T has an IP55 protection rating, protecting it from splashes of water. The MD34TE-104T has an IP65 protection rating, allowing it to be washed under running water after measurements are completed.
